Tally Scoops - Terms of Service
1. Service Agreement
By using Tally Scoops' pet waste removal services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our goal is to provide a clean and safe yard while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
2. Scheduling & Access
Customers must ensure that gates are unlocked and yards are accessible on scheduled service days.
If we are unable to access the property, the service may be skipped, and no refund will be issued if the service cannot be rescheduled.
3. Pet Policy
For the safety of both our team and your pets, all dogs must be secured indoors or in a separate enclosure during the scheduled service.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if pets are loose, and the full service fee may still apply.
4. Initial Cleanup Fee
First-time customers starting a recurring service may be subject to an initial cleanup fee due to excess waste buildup.
5. Weather & Rescheduling
Services may be rescheduled in cases of extreme weather conditions, including heavy rain, lightning, or flooding.
6. Waste Disposal
Pet waste is collected and properly disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Customers may cancel or reschedule service with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refunds may or may not be issued for missed services due to inaccessible yards or unsecured pets.
8. Liability
Tally Scoops is not responsible for damages to lawns, gates, or property due to pre-existing conditions.
We are not liable for pet escapes due to unsecured fencing or gates that are pre-existing. Tally Scoops will do our best to secure all gates/entrances at time of service.
By scheduling service with Tally Scoops, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
